Hi, I’m Autumn — a Licensed Massage Therapist and proud 2022 graduate of Body Wisdom. At Knot Today Massage Therapy, every session is customized to you. Whether you’re looking for deep, focused work on stubborn areas of tension, full-body therapeutic massage, or simply a chance to relax and reset, I adjust the pressure, techniques, and focus of each session to what your body needs. I specialize in therapeutic massage and am comfortable providing true deep tissue and focused work when that’s what you’re looking for. I also offer Swedish relaxation and prenatal massage. Techniques and tools such as warm bamboo, cupping, and hot stones can be incorporated into your session when appropriate — always at no additional charge. Your booked massage time is hands-on time. A 60-minute massage means 60 full minutes of massage, rather than including consultation or dressing time in your session. Every massage also includes a complimentary warm towel foot treatment for an extra touch of comfort. Additional hot towels are provided after your massage so you can comfortably remove any excess massage oil before getting dressed. My goal is simple: provide thoughtful, effective bodywork in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 100%.
