Hi, I’m Autumn — a Licensed Massage Therapist and proud 2022 graduate of Body Wisdom. At Knot Today Massage Therapy, I combine Swedish relaxation with therapeutic techniques to create treatments that are soothing, intentional, and results-focused. While relaxation work is my specialty, I’m also trained in deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, and Thai massage, allowing me to adapt each session to what your body truly needs. My approach blends a grounded, analytical eye with a warm, upbeat, and professional presence, creating a space where you can fully unwind while still receiving targeted, effective work. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 100%.
